問題
Windows Server を実行しているコンピューターで Hyper-V 仮想システムを作成、開始、または、編集しようとすると、次のエラーのいずれかが発生します:
Cannot access the settings for the selected virtual machine.
An error occurred trying to find the virtual machine
The computer 'xxxx' failed to perform the requested operations because it is out of memory or disk space.
原因
この問題は、Hyper-V 仮想システムに必要な Windows Server の VSE除外設定がないために発生します。
環境によっては、VM テンプレートに関連する (.xml) ファイルとやり取りする特定のプロセスが (.xml) ファイルがスキャンされる原因である可能性があります。 これにより、.xml ファイルに対して適切に読み取りやスキャンがされたとしても、配備に失敗する可能性があるそうで、Microsoft の推奨するすべての除外を実装 (上記 解決策 1 参照) しても、展開に失敗する場合は、(xml) タイプを除外してくださいとのこと。

McAfee VirusScan Enterpriseにかかわらず除外設定は必要ですね。
